Flexible Working. Remote and WFH.

Kontras

High attrition both at the C-level and employees level. No Leadership Vision or Roadmap. Sinking Ship. VPs think of themselves as the Owners of the company. No processes in place with a huge pile of technical debt. No growth and learnings. Non-technical people at the managerial levels.

Pros

Work from home is pretty great. PTO is usually approved unless your role cannot be covered.

Kontras

You will be asked to do an absurd amount of work for the money you make. Chances are if you are US based your role will be out-sourced to a couple folks in India who have no idea what they're getting themselves into. No one who has any power to change the trajectory of this company has a grasp on reality. Any person I talk to who is in a real role that does work within the the company is completely burnt out and exhausted.
