-No micromanaging. You're trusted to do your job
-Office culture is very relaxed
-You get to do legitimately interesting work
-The CEO really cares about making the place somewhere you'd want to be and goes above and beyond anything I've ever seen to do it. From ordering the CFO to find a way to get food trucks to come to the office (and everyone eats free), to the monthly town halls and free pizza on Tuesdays. I've spent most of my career at bigger businesses and working here is all around a more pleasant experience.
Kontras
The laid back office culture can foster somewhat of a passivity on some of middle management. This is good in that they don't micromanage, but bad in that someone with a more forceful personality can waste time with unnecessary meetings week after week and people will just show up because it's on their calendar, even if nothing gets done .
