Good benefits, some of the people are very nice

The leadership engages in rampant favoritism. There’s no room to grow after a couple of years. They want you to often be in office doing busy work even if your job could easily be done from home, but they let their favorites work from home, and not others. They claim to listen to employees but when you speak out, there is punishment, unfortunately. There are a lot of old school people in leadership who are disconnected from current needs & wont listen. Boys club, if you will.
