Pros
Good salaries. Good benefits. Health-wellness programs are good. Location near the riverfront and on-site gym are nice to have. Good cafeteria. Mark Ganz has great vision.
Kontras
Lack of accountability at all levels because "being nice" is more important than holding people accountable (more than at other companies). Management inability to say "no" to pet projects (that wouldn't be "nice") means scarce resources get spread over too many initiatives, so few, if any, are well executed. People who are marginally competent (and thus likely to be threatened by employees who are more competent) are promoted for their "people skills", even if they cannot manage. Gossip and opinion treated as fact (more than I have seen at other companies). Haven for female bullying behavior, as the culture promotes it.
