They had such a bad codebase that no 3rd party company wanted to work with them. When one accepted, they became hostage of it and with a huge stockholm syndrome. They are dragging the company down by making bad decisions and giving power to bad Jr devs do whatever theyu want, with approval of managing. If you want to be successful and work right, you'll be constantly fighting this, They don't want nor know how to work agile, but hired some good people that will hopefully help with that.
