Unorganized, severely unstaffed for the amount of work there is. Owner is very unprofessional and hostel to the staff. Does not know how to communicate at all; expects the staff to read her mind and know what she’s thinking at all times. It’s a revolving door there staff comes to work and they leave the same because of the owner’s attitude, lack of professionalism and the overwhelming amount of work to be done. Unsafe storage of materials within warehouse. If you want to work here and take the risk of getting hurt or being belittle everyday in front of your co workers for very little money then this place is for you. I have never been so disrespected by someone in my life. Very unhappy with how I was treated and how everything operated.
