Upper management changes pretty much every 2 years, this is annoying because each new big dog wants to bring in their own peeps and bring their own ideas on ways to do things different, this is annoying if you work there for several years, Doesn’t seem to keep up with the industries pay scale. No time at home it’s a swing shift and long ones too.
