Descpicable HR - Management and HR openly discuss other employees during cigarette breaks whilst simultaneously preaching on professionalism. Poorest morale of any company I have come across. Wrong people promoted. You are recognised for how much you cry and appear upset, rather than being strong and resilient in the face of pressure.
