Reed is an excellent company full of dedicated and very talented people. Having worked within the senior team, I’ve seen first-hand how many decisions are genuinely made with people in mind — whether that’s clients, candidates or colleagues. For anyone who wants a career in recruitment rather than just a job, this is absolutely the place to be. The business is well led, values are lived rather than just talked about, and there is a real focus on doing the right thing. This leads to a team of co-members that at times can feels like family and friends as much as colleagues. As with any large organisation, there can be change and pace to adapt to at times, but it is always driven by a clear long term vision and positive intent. Remuneration is competitive and fair, and over recent years the company has moved a long way forward. In my view, Reed is now ahead of other major agencies when it comes to its tech stack, remuneration, policies, and overall approach. I would highly recommend working for this agency.
