I am extremely excited to be a new hire with Redox. The interview process was explained from the beginning and I received an offer within 25 days of my first interview. All of the people that I came in contact were kind and provided insights about the company.

Since I have not officially started and I am only reviewing the hiring process, there are no cons.

Top tier Australian based chemical distributor company establishing themselves as a player in the US. Mostly deals in commodities. Their product line is broad, and very competitive. Great benefits and PTO. Really open-ended direction for chemical sales

Not very competitive pay, and bonus scheme is set-up to benefit the Australian team more than the US-based team. Australia being so close to Asia means most of their product line is Asian imports, hence the low cost (Surprisingly high quality raw materials from smaller Asian mfgs though).
