2yEvery startup expects people to work long hours. Regarding your terrible experience, the company always made it easy for all employees wrt salaries on time, good get togethers, leave approvals, infinite freedom to think out of the box, unfortunately not every employee respects the freedom & opportunity they get. Even founders have terrible experiences with some employees although we work extra hours to make sure employee is paid & happy. Founders should also have a platform to rate employees as ReDesyn believes in creative freedom, only if employed candidates know how to make use of it OR complain & leave early, serving lesser notice period. (Company has been okay with everything anyway)
