Does not have any right now. But if management changes and looks into issues faced then there can be potential.

Poor decision making skills of the management. No policies or procedures in place. It all depends on the mood of the MD. No job security. You can be thrown out anytime. Not concerned about employees. Promised salary will not be given. No work life balance. You are expected to stay 12 hours in office which is yet not enough. Candidates are insulted during interviews. Please think twice before joining. Not a good environment for women.
