- incredibly inept HR team. These people don’t know what they are doing. They are the first ones to hate feedback. They are never in the office, but spend large amounts of time in conferences saying how awesome we are. - some veteran employees can be toxic and passive-aggressive. They don’t want the company to change. - overall, the bar is low. You don’t come here to learn, you come here to play catch up with other leading companies. - too much uncertainty around real estate and office space. Do they even know what they are doing? Too much emphasis on happy hours and silly events rather than securing proper offices.
