Carrier suicide - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Redcentric: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have worked at Redcentric for almost 2 years This is the worst company I have ever worked. Redcentric doesn't have any policies and processes defined. It's an unorganized, unethical company and doesn't have any values and culture Infrastructure is pathetic, No water in washrooms, lift never works properly, no cafeteria and so on... If you belong to Muslim community yes this company is yours, if you belong to Christian community please join community has good scope to grow (Sorry to talk about religious matters but it's happening here). Strangely people move to HR team through IJP from IT support again this is part of community building Offshore management is worst and never listens to your concerns Work culture is not at all good they never know what kind of support was agreed with customer, definitely you won't feel like an IT organization Please do not believe the positive feedback's wrote on this website they are purely from management, my sincere advise is not to join this organization unless if you are fresher HR team is dummy, useless, unfit, never responds to your emails or concerns (I am still searching for words to describe them). Accountants are directly recruited from IIN (Idea Internet network)
