The management is usually drunk or absent, or both, so they don't care much what happens unless a client yells at them. They rarely show up more than once a month or have any idea what anyone is or should be working on.

This is a family run company that brings new meaning to the word nepotism. The family members routinely show up drunk, both to the company's office and to client's offices. They do not offer reviews, one year or otherwise, and do not ever offer raises to anyone for any reason, so be sure to negotiate hard for as much as you can up front. There is no organization or direction and the entire place only exists to allow a bunch of wealthy rednecks to pretend that they are big shot executives.
