Pros

The best Dmarc solution on the market. Cool technology Tech team is very talented, great ideas and very hard working. Some kind, amazing and talented people

Fun company turned into an unstable, constantly changing, horrible blame cultured mess. Senior management with no experience in sales interfered and changed things which resulted in the situation going from bad to worse. The new senior management are shark-like, coming from big companies who don’t understand start-up land very well. Massive churn in sales in just one year. CRO, VP sales, Head of channel and 6 sales people were all axed out, from a team of roughly 9-10..... Whilst the US side literally lost almost everyone in sales from top to down loosing a truely inspirational head. Initially marketing, channel and SDR function was set up to compete against salespeople with no financial incentive to work together - This was eventually changed but it was too late for many sales people by then as pipelines crashed. Toxic management - Entire sales team had indusrty based territories removed, becoming free for all, then territories were reassigned, then people moved around, sales roles were then changed, then territories changed again then salespeople beaten for not performing and many pushed out. All of this in just weeks. The of sales pretends to be your friend to give you a false sense of security then uses it against you to push you out and onto a pip. Due to massive churn, new sales people have little or no support with most having virtually no training on new solutions. As they burned through the investment the leadership became more desperate, stubborn and aggressive with salespeople being the scapegoat.

While change can be difficult in a hyper growth company, these changes were necessary for the success of Red Sift as we grow at our rapid rate. We’re excited for the future with the introduction of new products and features, and we have put at the disposal of our sales team a number of on-demand modules paired with live sessions to deeply cover off on our new solutions and processes. We have also beefed up the support available to sales staff, with the introduction of new Sales Engineers and more frequent touch points with our Sales Enablement, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams. It is disappointing that some points in this review are factually incorrect. We pride ourselves on treating all people fairly no matter their performance and we are extremely proud of our culture and our impact on society. Our NPS score and its trend confirms that our team members share this same pride and are excited about our company’s rapid growth and the changes that come with it. We wish this reviewer the best in their new role.

-The company provides excellent growth opportunities and ensures my abilities are utilized in the best role possible. -One of my first experiences was attending a summit in Barcelona, where the entire team was flown out. This reflects how much Red Sift has invested in its employees from day one. -Remote work is a significant benefit, offering flexibility and work-life balance. -The company fosters an environment where you want to stay long-term rather than the typical two-year cycle. -Salary increases come with role changes, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding growth and performance.

-All US positions are remote. While remote work is a great perk, it can be challenging for some people who prefer in-person setups. I love remote work, but I thought it may be important to point out. -Red Sift has experienced typical growing pains as a startup but is actively working to overcome these challenges.
