Pros

Red House has proven that not all workplaces must be hostile and exhausting. The work environment is supportive and collaborative. If you are falling behind or feeling overworked, the team is there to help you. Communication with higher-ups is easy and open; there is no feeling of alienation between staff and higher-ups. Everyone works hard and wants to see the company do well, and when the company does well, the entire team benefits. The CEO is constantly working to make this a better place for his employees to be. Every year, the employee benefits are revisited, and if we've had a successful year, they are improved. Things like extra paid holidays, company events, and more. This office runs on kindness, collaboration, hard work, attention to detail, and some happy hours mixed in! You won't regret coming to work here.

As we are small and continuously growing, you may get overwhelmed by fluctuating workloads. But it's always been my belief that that is always the trade-off between working for a smaller company that respects you and pays you well versus a conglomerate of a company that seats you in a sea of other people fighting to be noticed.
