Excellent quality products. Provides job security. Compensation package is above average for the area.

Upper Management doesn't respect or recognize the dedication of middle management. The culture is very negative and is based on expectation without recognition. Condescending, unprofessional approach to addressing errors and no accolades for good work. Cost savings are highly valued which is understandable. However upper management is so controlling that well trained middle managers get little opportunity to utilize any of that training or experience.

Kontras

The owners claim to have family values, but then create unsafe work conditions for all their employees. The owner micromanages everyone, and even laughed when a co-worker was sprayed with high-temperature caustic. Also, the pay was far below average. I highly recommend you run the other way if you're considering a job at this place.
