Health benefits are amazing-you don't pay a dime out of your check for anything. Cool Company that does very cool things-marketing, etc. You can wear jeans to work every day. Good Benefits, car, gas card, blackberry, good pay, good bonus

You will not have a life. You will work 24/7 round the clock. Deadlines are insane. You will be expected to work at 8 am -6 pm and then again from 8 pm - 2 am a lot. They fire people right and left. One week you will have a full team and the next week almost everyone has been let go. Everyone is afraid that they will lose their jobs.
