Doing this job right gives you a lot of useful experience in promotions, marketing and even relationship building. Also, there seems to room to grow if you can stick it out.

I think this varies market to market and field manager to field manager but, they don't actually care what's going on. If you work hard or don't work at all it seems to go unnoticed. Based more on seniority and favoritism than results. Like I said, this job has the potential to be a great opportunity for some one who wants to work hard, but there is also a lot of room for people who don't want to do anything at all and they get by just fine. Supervisors seem painfully unaware of what's going on or what they are even doing.
