Pros

They'll tell you that you'll get incentives based on your work performance but they go straight to your supervisor and not to you

We're told by management to lie about the job offers to make them sound better than they really are. For instance, if a job was just temporary, we were told by management to market it as a temp-to-hire position even though it's not. Also: catty work environment, sorority culture, micro managed, unprofessional supervisors, sexist, no diversity, HR never follows through on anything, overworked with no recognition of a job well done, poor management, no job security, basically one giant pyramid scheme, and I never got paid for my overtime.

Pros

All things taken into account, this was a good company to work for. Good pay, good benefits, lots of exposure to the industry. Growth and promotional opportunities. I liked my teammates, and leadership did their best to support us.

Kontras

The job itself was very emotionally tolling. This is a very high volume recruiting firm, so metrics are high, turnover is high, and some days it felt more like a call center than a recruiting agency. Candidates in this industry were often unprofessional - it was a regular occurrence that people would yell at us, get angry with us, etc.
