It’s fun to be part of growing startup that’s providing a unique data and technology driven recruiting solution for startups. I like that we become an extension of our client’s recruiting effort working seamlessly with their recruiting team or owning all of the recruiting efforts ourselves. At RB, we get to learn about our client’s business and become enthusiastic ambassadors of their brand. I like that we’re nothing like contingent recruiting efforts and more of an internal recruiter working side by side with our client’s internal leadership. Some Highlights at RB: -A very flexible schedule with work-from-home options. As a new parent in need of a family friendly team, this is probably one of my most valued parts of our culture at RB. -Ability to grow and move into leadership.
