Thank you for sharing your perspective and giving us an opportunity to respond to a negative review. We do indeed pay time and a half overtime for all of our non-exempt employees, as is required by law. Further, we pay straight time overtime pay to all of our exempt employees. This is a key benefit of working for Recruiting Bandwidth – you get paid for every hour you work, unlike most exempt positions. With regards to your EEOC comment, we strongly disagree. Besides being a woman-owned firm, we are over 60% women, have strong ethnic minority representation and an "over 40" population. The diversity of our staff - gender, ethnicity and age - makes us all stronger at Recruiting Bandwidth. As a recruiting consulting organization, we hold our team to a high standard of performance and operate in a true consulting model. Unfortunately, not everyone is cut out for the high quality performance we deliver to our clients. It's unfortunate for us to see former employees who feel it necessary to defame the company with untrue statements. We'll continue to hold our team, and our service levels, to a high standard. So yes, there is an expectation of performance at Recruiting Bandwidth and we'll continue to keep it that way. We thank the anonymous former employee who shared their comments. This has actually provided us with an opportunity to not only debunk false statements, but shine a light on things that we feel sets us apart from other recruiting organizations.

Experience with many different start ups, laid back environment and they give a lot of ownership to manage your recruiting efforts at clients as you see best fit.
