- Many unhappy consultants, gossips about management are inevitable. - High turnover - Very particular about punctuality, even 1 min late is unacceptable, name will be sent out to all through email to all consultants - Cramped up working environment. - Employee welfare is at the bare minimum. - Brainwashing or guilt trip sharing to make current employees dislike ex-employees who left the organisation. - 20% basic salary will be taken away from you if you are incompetent to hit your sales target or even if your client pays up late.
