Great place to work! - Primary Counselor, Substance Abuse bei Realization Center: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've worked for Realization Center here for 3 years. Although I love my job and the company, the work environment the first year or so was toxic. There was poor communication from management and it was unorganized. However, now under new management, it has changed drastically and the work environment is excellent. Management provides excellent support and supervision to their staff. They truly care about the clients and their progress. They care about employee growth within the company and they encourage and praise the staff to keep us motivated. I feel appreciated for working hard to provide our clients with quality care. I have never worked for a company where ALL of the staff hired are caring, compassionate and professional people and amazing to work with.
