EVERYTHING! This company is one of the worst company's i have ever worked at. The owner lacks knowledge of the business world. They dont invest in staff, they worked them like slaves. Upper management were the most ridiculous people i have ever had to deal with in my life. A lot of favoritism, a lot of upper management relationships happening even though their contract forbids this. A lot of rules bending for certain people. A lot of bullying of staff. several staff have quit because of this reason alone. Please people stay away from this company.
