Decent pay for relatively easy work Lots of variety

No paid mileage unless traveling outside of a 30 mile radius, which you never will because they make sure to have overlapping photographers to cover the zones, despite the fact that the realtors will still be charged for the mileage. No reimbursement for consumable gear No reimbursement for parking but you will frequently be sent downtown Management is sluggish to deal with any issues, often non responsive, and quick to fire over small indiscretions. No opportunities for growth or portfolio building. While 80 percent of realtors are prepared for a shoot, the other 20 percent that aren't are frustrating and time consuming Absolutely no contact with anyone else you work will. There's not even much communication between you and your boss You are dispensable and the company make no attempt to hide it

Pros

Technology is very intersting. There are a lot of qualified staff in the past but the few remaning and good colleague.

Kontras

Top of company has no vision for next-generation technology is not enough to invest. Salary is not high compare to other technology company. Many of the staff is keep on quitting.
