The team at Real Thread knows how to have fun while getting work done. The leadership team does everything that they can to keep the team motivated and show them that they're cared for. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone considered for an open position.

As all businesses, it's not perfect. The leadership team doesn't always hit the mark that they're aiming for but it seems like they try to learn from their mistakes.

Flexible time off if you are an hourly employee. Definitely a great environment for fresh graduates entering the workforce.

Many restructurings and layoffs during my time at Real Thread. Felt very discouraging to be asked to meet sales goals but then not being recognized for the work I did.
