This company has a lot of different technologies. They are in the training space and provide tools and access to systems for training purposes. Because of that they have several software projects going on and if you are interested you can learn a lot. From my experience I can say that what I learned working there has helped me tremendously in other jobs.

Since this company has a niche market in training tech, the products are interesting in the tech training space. Good location if you live in the East Bay. Colleagues seemed to be very helpful when you get stuck on projects.

Poor leadership and management. Poor communication. Lots of temper gets spread around by the leadership and management team either through in-person or remotely. Oh don't ever ask for help or feedback from them. One too many questions will earn you a "why are you bothering me" type of response. But if you move forward with little feedback and communication, you would receive the blame if something goes wrong. If the project is successful, make sure you attribute most of the credit to the leadership. That's how you can win political process at Readytech. That's the main reason why it's been difficult here.
