      Pros

      There's always an abundance of snacks around. There are also health and dental benefits, as well as company outings with interesting activities. Job stability is good, you can work there forever if you do what you're told.

      You will be used as a pawn and will never be promoted. I know this because to my knowledge no one ever has been. They don't invest in their employees,and lying is not at all a problem. If they want to get rid of you, the WILL find a replacement in secret weeks beforehand and then terminate you one day without warning, leaving you suddenly jobless.

      Pros

      The two co-CEOs are great. They make a lot of effort to get to know everyone in the company really well. I've been impressed that one of them even seems to know the significant other's name of each of his employees. They do some fun team-building things once in a while (Ropes course, birthday parties), and the occasional lunch-out is nice!

      Kontras

      There's definitely a pressure to perform, but it's not as bad as other companies. As a smaller company, it can be difficult to push projects through with the limited resources like developers or IT.
