Great work environment... I would prefer this place any day. I had a great team with a good reporting head . Company is well structured and information required is always shared with its employees.

Since it is a windmill manufacturer, shortage of funds may occur sometimes but it also helps you bring out your capability to manage your duties. Also there are lot of senior management staff which makes the decision making a longer process.
