*Lots of change - if you have a hard time adapting, it could be stressful. The changes are all for the better, but they can cause some stress. *Growing pains with re-organization - leadership is fantastic, but there's been a lot of movement internally as a result of last year's acquisition.

What an experience to have worked at a remote company and still felt connected to the entire team. Leadership was too shelf in every department.
