Pros
RFH has one of the strongest leadership teams of any agency I’ve worked at. They operate in true alignment, and even when there are internal differences, it never creates confusion or instability for the broader team.
Leadership consistently respected personal boundaries and actively protected employee time off—something that’s often talked about but rarely enforced in agency settings. I experienced this firsthand during a major surgery and personal life event, where I felt genuinely supported and valued, even while away.
The work can be demanding and clients are not always easy, but the culture makes you want to go above and beyond. There’s a level of trust, respect, and operational clarity that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Compared to many other agencies, RFH stands out for how well its operations are run. It creates an environment where teams can focus on doing great work without unnecessary chaos.
Kontras
Advancement can be challenging at times, particularly when it comes to promotions, which may feel less predictable depending on role and timing.
The return-to-office policy has also impacted the broader talent pool. For those who are not geographically close to an office, it can limit long-term opportunities. In my case, it ultimately influenced my decision to leave, despite having a very positive experience overall and a strong desire to stay long-term.
