Pros

This company has by far the best opportunity in terms of work provided. If you consider yourself a people person, a hard worker, and you like motivated work then I'd say this is for you. We are under the umbrella of some really special companies and as an individual who graduated from the university of Arkansas this past may this is a perfect gig for me.

Kontras

Pay ranges from week to week, depends on how hard you work but the work is also a bit cyclical in itself, some weeks are just slow. So as a salesperson its something to keep in mind.

Pros

The only pro I can come up with is if you're a people person you are constantly interacting with people in Sam's club. So if you like to talk to strangers this is a positive aspect that will help with the job.

Kontras

You have to harass people into buying phone's, direct tv, and cox in Sam's club . The communication amongst management to employees is awful. You have to drive to Bentonville and Fayetteville four times a week in the morning for a meeting that could have been an email. Once the meeting is over depending on the schedule if you're scheduled for the morning shift you go straight to Sam's, if you're scheduled for the afternoon shift you have to wait a couple of hours and then go to Sam's to work so the meetings completely waste the day if you're scheduled for the afternoon. Each meeting is the same thing repeated over and over. My biggest con would be pay. $10/hr. Not worth it. You never know you're weekly schedule until Sunday so it is almost impossible to make any plans. When clocking in you have to take a selfie and picture of the time and upload them to an app. The app also tracks you. The interview hype's up the company and makes it seem like the most amazing place to work. PRO TIP: if it sounds too good to be true, it probable is.
