Our HR tool will give us better visibility into who is working from home so we can better plan our day-to-day operations and ensure transparent communication across all teams. The bonus budget is pre-determined by the Management, People and Finance team and is also influenced based on local benchmarks, cost of living metrics, trends and subject to change based on Razor Group’s financial and market situation.
