Pros
-really nice office: boujee snacks, water, chairman toilet paper
-nice equipment: Company Macs, access to all digital marketing apps for free
-nice people: The people are very professional and nice and it is not customer facing so don't have to deal with rude customers or being on your feet
Kontras
-Learning Curve + not overly willing to teach you: Here they treat you well but expect you to learn and know how to a lot of things like Adobe, Canvas, CRM, market research. They might briefly go over a demo and answer questions but they aren't willing to take the time to teach you everything which is why I left
-Extremely fast/frequent deadlines + stringent on details: Expect an email every 5 minutes they expect you to pick up every email and will give you a billion deadlines that come quick. Then they are super uptight with details down to the way you write internal emails and will constantly correct you and make you resubmit work 3+ times until you get it to their liking
-Managers/boss can be rude if you don't deliver results: Here if you fall behind of deadlines or on quality some of the managers and especially the boss can be very pesky and rude.
