What an utterly awful place to work, stuck in the past, leadership is non existent and stuck on some former glory of 1 big deal they did. Could not think of a worse place to work, everything you do is tracked, your company car, your PC, they even have screenshots taken of your PC constantly throughout the day to see what you're doing. 0 trust, 0 onboarding, 0 leaders, just an absolutely awful awful environment.
