One of the best things at Ray White is the staff. However, you do have to filter out which staff members are genuine. Once you do, it can be a wonderful place to work (socially). I like that the CEO has a fun side. She loves wine and often has it in the office during stressful times. It's a case by case basis, but in the event of an emergency, you will be allowed to work from home.

Majority of the office is blind to real estate law, fair housing violations etc. The entire staff consists of women (you know how that goes). The CEO tends to pry into your personal life. I was not comfortable with the overly 'caring' nature of how they conducted business. It's to see how they can take advantage of you. No policy. No employee handbook. Nothing is consistent. The technology isn't properly utilized, making the job stressful and reports inaccurate. The blatant inaccuracy of the reporting leads to inflated numbers reported to home office. You're also held accountable for those false numbers no matter how many times you explain and show the data is incorrect. There are goals you have to meet but you will never know what they are because they are not told to you. You will get "different goals for different roles." There are mandatory Monday meetings NO ONE likes. It's basically a call-out session. Questioning people about things from the previous week in front of the entire office and grilling them instead of having the conversation in a private meeting. Extreme micromanagement. There will be times you literally have to write down everything you've done at 15-min intervals for an entire work week. If you're off, sick, or on vacation, be prepared to still receive calls regarding work.They aren't above lying to you. There are several staff members who were hired for a job and were hit with the okie doke on their first day. Owner treatment depending on their personal relationship with CEO which trickles down to the tenant. I don't think they will be in business very long. There might as well not be any titles because no one does what their titles says. It's basically a free for all.
