      > Small company > No problem with communication

      Kontras

      > No positive reinforcement > No work/life balance > Company lies about its capacities and capabilities > Often have to respond to angry clients whom got ripped off by the company > Often asked to do off-the-wall work to serve the owner > 99% of work is shipped offshore. Company is staffed by one in-house programmer, the owners brother, the owner, and 5 staff members in India.

      I have joined Rave as a trainee 8 years back now I am working in the headquarters at Coral Springs Florida. Amazing workplace to start your career with. They have a very good client base and the opportunity to work on big projects which will help in boosting your knowledge. Free Magento certifications and training by experts. Onsite Opportunity every year. Quarterly awards and rewards based on performance.

      Pros

      I have started my career from Rave and joined as a trainee. The main thing that made me join the company many years back was Free Magento Certifications. Today I have 4 Magento 2 certifications which certainly strengthen my knowledge and credibility as a Magento developer. Also if you are good at what you do then there is no stopping you in Rave. I have been given the opportunity to work from our US headquarter which I took. It is an amazing experience so far just some more responsibilities than earlier.
