No career progression framework Poor base pay and poor annual bonus award The leadership team do not care about the people at the bottom of the business. So long as they continue to line their pockets with big pay and bonuses. Back office staff are struggling to earn a decent wage while front office and exec team benefit from huge pay packets, bonuses and share incentive plans. No interest in up-skilling junior members of staff. Too many acquisitions of various business’, the firm should focus on growing the business organically so it can invest in its people and IT offerings. Poor systems and IT infrastructure. Lack of pay and remuneration structure.

Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
