I really want to understand how leadership works here. RATA.ID has multiple stores and a pretty sizeable team, yet the management approach feels like… remote leadership taken to a spiritual level. From the outside, it looks like the ones in charge are busy traveling, doing readings, attending personal journeys, and somehow still expected to lead a team of dozens. Maybe telepathy is part of the SOP? Because physical presence certainly doesn’t seem to be. Retail growth usually requires: Coaching staff Checking store operations Actually being in the office once in a while But here it seems the team is expected to self-manage while leadership is on a different timezone, dimension, or chakra alignment. If this hands-off leadership approach is intentional, I’d genuinely love to see the training manual titled: “How to Lead a Team By Vibes Alone.” RATA.ID is a strong brand. The potential is real. But consistency, presence, and accountability are what sustain growth — not just aesthetic branding + passport stamps. Hope the management eventually comes back to Earth to lead.
