Fun place to work - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Rashti & Rashti: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been the only Technical Designer at Rashti and Rasti for the past 5 years and did not write the review on May 9th, 2022. It's actually been a blessing. Ever since covid we've been working hybrid which has been life changing having the flexibility, in addition, they give us early summer Friday's & the people have been so nice to work with over the years. The children's clothing, bath sets & toys we produce are designed so cute & fun & get better each year. So glad to take part!

It's a small company for those who prefer corporate, but the benefit is you feel like family.

-Friendly family dynamic. I have worked at other family businesses in the past, and with this company the owners are very nice and listen. -Smaller company, which is a pro and con. For the pros, it really helps you stand out and gain experience, while working closely with your team, president and CEO of the company. -Pay is biweekly -Hybrid schedule! Work from home 2 days, in the office 3 days. -A lot of employees at Rashti & Rashti have been at the company for over 4+ years, some have been there for even 30 years or more. -Great office location. A block from Penn Sation!

-Due to being a smaller company, there is multi-tasking, but if you like that, it can be a pro.
