Pros
Easy application process, just one written test and interview. Students are Rarejob are very proper, polite and friendly. Most of them are interactive and they mostly seek cheerful and enthusiastic tutors. Salary comes in on-time and with a prior detailed notice of the calculated salary amount.
Kontras
Rules are very biased to students and excuses such as emergencies are not really addressed. Basic hourly pay is not very high, and working for incentives is a real pain. They base their evaluation on student feedback which is pretty inconsistent most of the time (since student evaluation may be subjective whether they like the tutor or not, doesn't necessarily depend on skills and whatnot)
