Flexibility to work on your thoughts. Employee has lot to learn and grow from the company.

Poor management, not willing to take up responsibility in any way, but keeps insisting to employee to do that. Lack of co-ordination as there is no structure or role to supervise and MD who is managing, simply don't want his head to struck inbetween, creating a toxic working space for some sort of people. Some people there just want to satisfy their big ego and even though MD knows this, he don't want to address it for some reasons. Compensation is the next big deal. Comparatively low and delayed a lot. 15th every month is the salary date.
