- Wish I could say something but there was nothing nice about working for rapport

- Crazy FAKE company - You are expected to act as if Her Majesty the Queen is coming herself when the managing director is coming for a site visit, when he cannot be bothered to remember the names of his employees ( I understand that he has lots but you know which company you are visiting on the day, can put the effort to remember at least the long term employee's one) - Very busy and stressful environment - No appreciation for the hard work. You could do 1000 thing amazingly - no one will say anything, 1 thing goes wrong ( because you are not a machine and not everything depends on you) and you are in trouble - meetings with your manager, letters of concerns etc. - Poor salaries - No bonus system and bad benefits packages ( basically non-existent)

Pros

Job is easy. I liked my planning team. Working at Capital One Campus was amazing

Kontras

Constant HR problems. Leadership was always hesitant to act against our hostile work environment. Complaints were not taken seriously. Terrible time off, no flexibility on work from home days. Coworkers would come in sick because we had no option to WFH. Constant policy changes - started out as Hybrid for 2 days a week, every year they added on more days without changing our pay.
