There is a lot of work and the job you make really has an impact on the company. Learnings are meaningful and you get to be involved in as many business as you want to.

Leadership is ill prepared, there's conflict between leaders that trespasses to workers, they expect people to be 11 hours in the office even if they're not doing anything. There's no real bonus or recognition for being productive but expected to be there long hours.
