Pros
The platform helps save lives and the mission of the company is noble. Most of the co-workers are genuinely nice. Free snacks, and occasionally free lunches. Free dinner when you work late.
Kontras
The management team appears to be nice but the behavior pattern shows systemic bias against women and minorities, especially by the leadership team. Check how many of their full-time staff (don't count the interns/fellows) are white male vs all others, and how many are in the leadership team. The numbers tell the truth. The worst thing is that they do not admit it even when they are told that is the case, which makes the work environment a bit toxic at times.
