Laid back claims environment. Pay and benefits are okay.

Training - they made me watch two videos, that's all. Then they expect you to meet their needs without setting the expectation. You will have to ask a lot of questions or you will be left in the dark. Process - leadership contradicts each other's claim decision. Then the claim suffers and you're left with all the blame as the examiner. Management - they reach out to you only when they need something done. I will not put my personal insurance claim handling with this company. It will take months or years before its settled. Just poor performance as a TPA.
