Weekly pay, plenty of OT, raise every 90 days the your first year, doesn't require much skill, easy to learn.

Kontras

Last minute mandatory OT, highly irregular shift, very inflexible, not concerned at with employees wellbeing. High turnover rate, based is low compared to surrounding companies.
