Pros
They are pretty flexible with your work schedule if you have other commitments. I was in college and they worked around my classes. You can also pick up shifts and make time and a quarter for those shifts.
Kontras
It is an extremely stressful work environment. They are short staffed and have high turnover. You are required to use a complicated computer system to take messages for companies and its a HUGE training process. You are in training for over 6 months. You get grilled for your mistakes and are not allowed to do anything in between calls you may receive. At certain times of the day, it is EXTREMELY busy and they freak out at you if you do not pick up enough calls in a certain amount of time. They also will not let you do anything but sit there if it is a slow time in which calls are not coming in. Also, if you are not scheduled to work they continue to bug you to try and get you to come in to work. If you cannot come in, they will get mad at you.
